Of course the scoops are a bit smaller than other places, but the ice-cream is self made in our laboratory and the maker is waking up every day at 5 o'clock to get in time to prepare the ice-cream. The personnel is very mixed, from Italian to Romanian and German people working very hard to satisfy the client's needs.
If someone has a problem, I can guarantee customer satisfaction because I am working there as a side job one to several days a week at the ice-cream stand and I must say, I have never felt so happy to go to work.Great Ice Cream by Giovanni L., Add an espresso and you are in Italia. They have exceptional ice cream, just awesome, BUT expensive! Two scoops here are a single scoop in most other places. Service is great!

I always go there when I'm in Ingolstadt for the "fantastico penne del polo" and one of their awesome ice cream based dessert.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Eiscafé! Die Auswahl an Eissorten ist riesig und jede Sorte schmeckt frisch, cremig und einfach köstlich. Besonders gefällt mir, dass es auch ungewöhnliche und kreative Geschmacksrichtungen gibt – da entdeckt man jedes Mal etwas Neues zum Verlieben.
Aber nicht nur das Eis ist fantastisch, auch die Gerichte auf der Karte sind super lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Ob kleine Snacks oder herzhafte Mahlzeiten, hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack.
Was diesen Ort aber für mich besonders macht, ist das herzliche und freundliche Personal. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben, die Mitarbeiter sind immer aufmerksam und haben ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Besitzerin selbst ist unglaublich engagiert und gibt wirklich alles, um den Gästen ein tolles Erlebnis zu bieten. Man merkt, wie viel Leidenschaft und Hingabe hinter diesem Eiscafé steckt.
Für mich ist dieses Eiscafé ein echter Lieblingsplatz geworden, zu dem ich immer wieder gern komme – egal ob für ein schnelles Eis zwischendurch oder einen gemütlichen Nachmittag mit Familie.

The owner herself is incredibly dedicated and really gives her all to offer her guests a great experience. You can feel the passion and dedication behind this ice cream parlor. For me, this ice cream parlor has become a true favorite, and I love coming back again and again – whether for a quick ice cream in between meals or a cozy afternoon with the family. Während ich mich nach wie vor frage, wie sich die Konkurrenz im selbigen Einkaufszentrum schon seit so vielen Jahrzehnten (!) halten kann, muss ich sagen, dass man hier wirklich super Eis findet. Da gibt es in Ingolstadt einige, deutlich schlechtere Eisdielen. Das Eis ist cremig, es gibt immer wieder tolle, neue Sorten und selbst die Kuchen schmecken gut wenn man sich mal hinsetzen und etwas anderes probieren möchte.

There are some significantly worse ice cream parlors in Ingolstadt. The ice cream is creamy, there are always great new flavors, and even the cakes are delicious if you want to sit down and try something different.
Absolut empfehlenswert, Eiscafè Cafè Italia: Viele Eissorten 🍨 und tolle Eisbecher. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Speisen & Getränke a là card. Lohnt sich wirklich hier, relativ moderate aber angemessene Preise.

Always satisfied! The quality hasn't declined compared to other shops! The ice cream tastes great, is very high quality, and doesn't melt in seconds. The staff is always friendly, patient, polite, and respectful. The manager is also very friendly, not at all arrogant. She talks to the customers and asks if everything is okay; she's a really great person. A relaxed, friendly team, and it's always clean there. Not only the ice cream, but everything else they offer tastes good. I really enjoy going there, whether alone, with friends, or with family; you're always welcome.
